Anwar's wings are clipped

It is time now to return to something more interesting - the political game of Najib and Anwar.

Do you all really think Najib cares about getting the Perak Government? Najib Tun Razak is one of the longest serving politican in Malaysian history.

The voice of the people is important and Najib knows clearly that many Perakians are talking about the political struggle and formation of the new BN Government in Perak.

Is Najib so stupid to believe he is so righteous and he is a hero in the eyes of the majority of the Perakians who voted for Pakatan Rakyat?

Najib is not.

Najib is about to be the 6th Prime Minister of Malaysia next month. He does not want to face the tussles for the formation of a Federal Government with Anwar.

(Anwar has not given up hope to form a Federal Government through crossovers from BN to Pakatan Rakyat.)

With the move in Perak, Najib has successfully clipped Anwar's wings. Why?

The big hoo-haa caused by Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional's political struggle in Perak have raised the unhappiness and objections from the people against party hopping.

An anti party hopping legislation is unavoidable now.

DAP has stated their stand clearly that they will not agree with crossovers of elected ADUNs or MPs.

Tuan Guru Nik Aziz also made it clear that he hates party hoppers.

Anwar Ibrahim's legs and hands are tied and he can no longer approach Barisan Nasional MPs to crossover and make the Barisan Nasional Federal Government fall.

Barisan Nasional supporters and those sitting on the fence will rise and show Anwar Ibrahim what street demonstrations are which will make Pakatan Rakyat's street protests look like child's play.

Anwar can no longer threaten Najib with mind games over the next 4 years with his crossover claims.

Just a stroke of brilliance in Perak, Najib is beginning his political game with Anwar.

Be assured that Najib knows what the Perakians think. He reads the news and watches the TV which carry polls with unfavourable results to his party.

Anwar's wings are clipped now. He is in a checkmate position by Najib Tun Razak.

Najib can now focus on his job as Prime Minister of Malaysia, President of UMNO and Chairman of Barisan Nasional. He can now concentrate on rebuilding Barisan Nasional and win back the votes which BN lost in the recent Election.

This is all happening while Anwar's hopes of forming the new Federal Government through crossovers are crushed.

Anwar and his sympathisers must have forgotten that they wanted to bring down the Barisan Nasional Federal Government in September 16th and had plans to meet the Yang Dipertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan with the claimed majority of MPs.

Now, why become hypocrites?

I agree. This is what I want to tell my generation that support PR blindly. We should think what's best for the nation from both BN and PR, not just pass judgement and support based on one side only. Both parties can be wrong and can be right. Thank you and keep posting good articles.
