Rakyat's message manipulated

Aaaah. I was reading NST news a few days ago and I came across the video of Tun Dr Mahathir. It has been a long time since I watched Tun speak on video.

RPK used to attend Tun's functions to record and upload the speeches. Hm. Anyone knows where I can get Tun's speeches in video from time to time?

It surprises me to see Tun Dr Mahathir still calling Anwar a bluff. I have said in the past that Anwar will not be the new PM because looking at signals from Tun Dr Mahathir, Anwar's greatest enemy, Tun is not making any exit plans from Malaysia.

So, what is next for Anwar and Pakatan Rakyat? Everyone is talking about Pakatan Rakyat and everyone equates Pakatan Rakyat to the term "new Government".

Is that so? I go with Tun's words for now. Anwar is full of bluff.

There were reports that PR leaders will go to the Istana next - "untuk mendapat perkenan dan restu Yang DiPertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan".

According to Prof Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi, "Yes, Anwar said they are going to the Istana. They are most welcome to the Istana; they can have nice tea there, I’m sure, but nothing more than that."

Whichever date the Pakatan Rakyat leaders are setting - Sept 23rd or 29th or whatever - what will a vote of no confidence in Pak Lah do for Pakatan Rakyat?

Barisan Nasional MPs still hold the majority in Parliament. Even if every single BN MPs say "aye" in the motion of no confidence in Pak Lah, that will not guarantee Pakatan Rakyat to be the new Government of Malaysia.

Neither will Anwar be PM. It will happen only after crossovers. Without the crossovers, BN MPs will be the one to nominate to the Yang DiPertuan Agong an UMNO leader to be the next PM of Malaysia.

Unless of course, we are looking at the true intentions of Pakatan Rakyat where Anwar is not planning to be the 6th PM this term but in the next edition of General Elections. Possibly, the Pakatan Rakyat's true motive is to send Pak Lah off and let Najib takeover as the new Prime Minister.

That way, Pakatan Rakyat can continue with their shots and allegations at Najib just like what they have been doing all these while. Pakatan Rakyat might get the golden key to Putrajaya if their allegations of Najib works.

Pakatan Rakyat leaders are holding meetings and telling their committee that they have the list of crossovers. A leader from PAS even said that MCA and MIC MPs are crossing over too, with a majority of East Malaysian Muslim MPs making up the complete list.

And here I thought that Malaysians have made their choice in March 2008,

Pakatan Rakyat - 5 States
BN - Federal Govt and 8 States

The results were left as nothing but memories and seem insignificant to some. Not even MPs are respecting the rakyat's decision (assuming crossovers). And not even Pakatan Rakyat - "the party of the people" - respects the Election results.

The rakyat sent a clear message to BN that the leadership needs to improve and to Pakatan Rakyat that "Hey, we are giving you a chance to show results in 4 new States. Perform and we will vote for you again".

The message was clear, only to be manipulated. Sigh. Who are we to trust? Malaysian politicians have created the most interesting drama of the year. Or will it be for 5 consecutive years till the next GE?

Sigh.
